Platform Admin Users:

Platform Users (Non-Admin):

• No collection or processing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from customer servers. Our platform only handles log optimization and related metrics on the customer’s servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Website Visitors and Demo Sign-Ups:

• To contact you for demo purposes and follow-ups.

• To improve our services and tailor offerings based on aggregated user insights.

Platform Admin Users:

• For secure authentication and management of the Auditty application.

• To monitor system usage and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Platform Users:

• No extraction or processing of raw logs or PII. Metrics processed on customer servers remain entirely under the customer’s control.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties except:

• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

• To protect the security and integrity of our platform or prevent fraud.

4. Data Retention

• Website visitor and demo sign-up data will be deleted upon request or after 12 months of inactivity.

• Admin user data is retained as long as the account is active. Deactivation requests will result in data deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

• No PII is retained from the platform logs optimized on customer servers.
