Website visitors and demo sign-ups

• Name, email address, company and the information you provide through our demo sign-up form, together with the page you submitted it from, the page you arrived on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Aggregate, cookieless site measurement through Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, referring site, country, browser and device type, and page performance. It sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser and does not track you across sites. IP addresses are processed by Cloudflare to serve the site and are not retained by Auditty.

Platform admin users

• Name, email address, and login credentials to access the management console (app.auditty.ai).
• Application usage logs and actions for troubleshooting and security monitoring.

Platform users (non-admin)

• No collection or processing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from customer servers. Our platform only handles log optimization and related metrics on the customer’s servers.

• To contact you for demo purposes and follow-ups.
• To improve our services and tailor offerings based on aggregated user insights.

Platform admin users

• For secure authentication and management of the Auditty application.
• To monitor system usage and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Platform users

• No extraction or processing of raw logs or PII. Metrics processed on customer servers remain entirely under the customer’s control.

• With the service providers that run this website on our behalf and only to that end: Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, site measurement and storage of demo requests) and Amazon Web Services (delivery of the notification email).
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• To protect the security and integrity of our platform or prevent fraud.

• Website visitor and demo sign-up data will be deleted upon request or after 12 months of inactivity.
• Admin user data is retained as long as the account is active. Deactivation requests will result in data deletion within a reasonable timeframe.
• No PII is retained from the platform logs optimized on customer servers.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
• Opt out of communications or delete your demo sign-up data via the same email.

• Secure data transmission using encryption (e.g., TLS).
• Role-based access controls for admin user data.
• Regular security audits and vulnerability scans.
